Police Indentification Form - For use when an official (police, Military, etc) are treating you unfairly, this will be needed to collect information to report the individual. FM2/3 Expire Out Of Country (Article 173) - This is a copy of the law stating you have a grace period of 60 days to renew your FM2/3 if it expires while you are out of Mexico. You will need to show Immigration proof of this. Need also FM2/3 reference. FM2/3 Reference - This just shows which Law book the FM2/3 Expire Out Of Country article is from. Vehicle Importation in English (Article 106) - This is a copy of the law stating that if your FM2/3 is valid, you are not required to go to the border to have your vehicle re-registered, even if going from FMT (Tourist Visa) to FM2/3.
